4-Ingredient Flourless

Banana Nut Pancakes


1 medium Ripe Banana (riper the better)
2 tbsp Quick Oats
1 large Egg, beaten
2 tbsp chopped Pecans
Mash banana with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth. Add egg and oats and mix well. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour the batter to make 3 pancakes. Top with pecans and cook 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook 3-4 more minutes, until golden. Top with your favorite syrup, honey, or butter.
